The majority of my business is based on referrals, which I believe speaks to my professionalism and integrity.  Our firm offers a "one stop shop" (we act as your Real Estate Agent, your Loan Officer, and close with our affiliated Escrow Company), which minimizes our clients' costs.  This is one of the reasons so much of our business is referral based.
